Common use of Form of Certificate of Authentication and Countersignature Clause in Contracts

Form of Certificate of Authentication and Countersignature. The form of the Trustee’s certificate of authentication of the Notes and Pre-Paid Purchase Contracts and the form of the Warrant Agent’s countersignature of the Warrants, each constituting a part of the Units of any series, shall be substantially in such form as set forth in the Indenture or the Warrant Agreement, as applicable.
