Common use of Form of Contingent Right Clause in Contracts

Form of Contingent Right. The Contingent Rights shall be considered to be attached to the Ordinary Shares, with each single Contingent Right attached to one Ordinary Share, and each single Ordinary Share having attached to it one Contingent Right. The Contingent Rights are not separately transferable, assignable or salable, and will not be evidenced by any form of certificate or instrument.
