Common use of Form of Data Clause in Contracts

Form of Data. (a) All Data (and any Pre-Existing Digital Data) must be provided in the applicable standard data formats for reporting results as required by the Department as detailed on the Department's webpage available at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx.xx/Petroleum/Petroleum- and-Geothermal-data-1574.aspx. (b) The file format, and the requirements for submission, of the Data (and any Pre-Existing Digital Data) must meet the applicable requirements of the Relevant Legislation and the Department's "Guidelines to Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2015 and Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Resource Management and Administration) Regulations 2015" dated September 2016 (as amended, revised or replaced).
