Common use of Form of Debenture and Trustee's Certificate Clause in Contracts

Form of Debenture and Trustee's Certificate. The Debentures of any series and the Trustee's certificate of authentication to be borne by such Debentures shall be substantially of the tenor and purport as set forth in one or more indentures supplemental hereto or as provided in a Board Resolution and as set forth in an Officers' Certificate, and may have such letters, numbers or other marks of identification or designation and such legends or endorsements typewritten, printed, lithographed or engraved thereon as the Company may deem appropriate and as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Indenture, or as may be required to comply with any law or with any rule or regulation made pursuant thereto or with any rule or regulation of any stock exchange or automated quotation system on which Debentures of that series may be listed or traded, or to conform to usage.
