Common use of Form of Debt Securities and Trustee's Certificate Clause in Contracts

Form of Debt Securities and Trustee's Certificate. The Debt Securities of any series and the Trustee's certificate of authentication to be borne by such Debt Securities shall be substantially of the tenor and purport as set forth in one or more indentures supplemental hereto or as provided in a Board Resolution of the Company and as set forth in an Officers' Certificate of the Company, and may have such letters, numbers or other marks of identification or designation and such legends or endorsements printed, lithographed or engraved thereon as the Company may deem appropriate and as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Indenture, or as may be required to comply with any law or with any rule or regulation made pursuant thereto or with any rule or regulation of any stock exchange on which Debt Securities of that series may be listed, or to conform to usage.
