Form of Delivery of Series 1998. 2 Securities; Denominations; Depositary. The Class A Securities, the Class B Securities and the Collateralized Trust Obligations shall be delivered as Book-Entry Securities as provided in Sections 6.1 and 6.10 of the Agreement. The Class A Securities and the Class B Securities shall be issued in minimum denominations of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof. The Collateralized Trust Obligations shall be issued in minimum denominations of $100,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof. The Class D Security shall be delivered as a Registered Security as provided in Section 6.1
