Common use of FORM OF INSTRUMENTS Clause in Contracts

FORM OF INSTRUMENTS. All instruments and documents delivered in connection with these Master Sale Terms and any Sale Agreement, and all proceedings to be taken in connection with these Master Sale Terms and any Sale Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein and therein, shall be in a form as set forth in the attachments hereto, and Purchaser shall have received copies of such documents as it or its counsel shall reasonably request in connection therewith. Any instrument or document which is substantially in the same form as an Attachment hereto or a recital herein will be deemed to be satisfactory as to form.
