FORM OF JOINDER AGREEMENT. This Joinder Agreement is being delivered to General Maritime Corporation, a Xxxxxxxx Islands corporation (the “Company”), pursuant to that certain Amended and Restated Shareholders’ Agreement, dated as of December 12, 2013 (as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, the “Shareholders’ Agreement”), among the Company and the Shareholders (as defined therein). Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Shareholders’ Agreement. The undersigned hereby executes and delivers to the Company this Joinder Agreement, pursuant to which the undersigned hereby becomes a party to the Shareholders’ Agreement and that certain First Amended and Restated Registration Agreement dated as of November 1, 2012 (as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, the “Registration Agreement”) among the Company and the Shareholders (as defined therein) and agrees to be bound by the provisions of the Shareholders’ Agreement and the Registration Agreement with respect to the Equity Securities held by the undersigned.
