Common use of Form of Licenses Clause in Contracts

Form of Licenses. Any License delivered to Gas Party or Coal Party pursuant to Section 5.8 shall be in recordable form and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Party to which it was delivered. For the avoidance of doubt, any License granted pursuant to Section 5.8 shall be non-exclusive as set forth herein and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement and shall be binding upon the granting Party’s respective successors and assigns in accordance with its terms.
