The Notes shall be evidenced by one or more certificates, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1 (for Original Notes) and Exhibits B-2 and B-3 (for MAC Notes, as applicable) hereto, signed by an Authorized Officer and delivered to the corporate trust office of the Global Agent. The corporate trust office of the Global Agent shall authenticate and deliver the Notes, each substantially in the forms attached hereto.
