Common use of Form of Notification Clause in Contracts

Form of Notification. (a) For the purposes of this Part 1, details of a Possession shall be treated as notified to Nexus when: (i) Nexus is supplied by Network Rail with sufficient information to determine in respect of that Possession: (1) its type; (2) its duration; (3) its location; (4) the time(s) at which it will commence; and (5) the time(s) at which it will cease;
