Form of Payment Request. Pursuant to this Agreement, LBS shall present any payment request to the Guarantor in writing. The amount stipulated in the request shall be immediately payable to LBS. The amount of any payment request shall bear interest from the date on which the Client’s Obligations were contracted, at the same rate as the rate charged to the Client, who shall be notified of such rates from time to time.
