Common use of Form of Permitted Encumbrances Clause in Contracts

Form of Permitted Encumbrances. The Permitted Encumbrances will be in the form to be attached as Schedule B “4” upon completion of the land statusing and finalization of land selection pursuant to 6.4, and will include any modifications that British Columbia or PRFN and the holder of the Permitted Encumbrance may have agreed to in writing.
