Common use of Form of Proxy Clause in Contracts

Form of Proxy. Every proxy will be substantially in the form which follows or in such other form as may be approved by the General Partner or as may be satisfactory to the chairperson of the meeting at which it is sought to be exercised: “I, , of , in the Province of , being a Partner of the Limited Partnership, hereby appoint of , in the Province of , as my proxy, with full power of substitution to vote for me and on my behalf at the meeting of Limited Partners to be held on the of , 2 , and every adjournment thereof and every poll that may take place in consequence thereof. As witness my hand this of , 2 .”
