Common use of Form of Purchased Security and Warrant Security Clause in Contracts

Form of Purchased Security and Warrant Security. The Senior Subordinated Security shall be substantially in the form of Annex C hereto, the Warrant Security shall be substantially in the form of Annex D hereto, and the Warrant shall be substantially in the form of Annex E hereto, the respective terms of which are incorporated in and made a part of this Agreement. The Senior Notes shall be issued, and may be transferred, only in denominations having an aggregate principal amount of not less than $1,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof. The Senior Notes shall be in registered form without coupons and shall be numbered, lettered or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plans as the officers executing the same may determine as evidenced by the execution thereof.
