In consideration of the payments and promises contained in your Employment Agreement with the Company dated August [•], 2011, and in full compromise and settlement of any of your potential claims and causes of action relating to or arising out of your employment relationship with the Company or the termination of that relationship, and any and all other claims or causes of action that you have or may have against the HealthMarkets Affiliates (as defined below) up to the date of execution of this release (the “Release”), you hereby:
