Common use of Form of Remuneration Clause in Contracts

Form of Remuneration. By accepting the Award, the Participant agrees, for all legal purposes, that (i) the benefits provided under the Award are the result of commercial transactions unrelated to the Participant’s employment, (ii) the Award is not part of the terms and conditions of the Participant’s employment, and (iii) the income from the Award, if any, is not part of the Participant’s remuneration from employment.
