Common use of Form of Right Clause in Contracts

Form of Right. Each Right shall be issued in registered form only, shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto, the provisions of which are incorporated herein and shall be signed by, or bear the facsimile signature of, the Chairman of the Board or Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer, Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the Company and shall bear a facsimile of the Company’s seal. In the event the person whose facsimile signature has been placed upon any Right shall have ceased to serve in the capacity in which such person signed the Right before such Right is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he or she had not ceased to be such at the date of issuance.

Form of Right. In the event the person whose facsimile electronic signature has been placed upon any Right shall have ceased to serve in the capacity in which such person signed the Right before such Right is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he or she had not ceased to be such at the date of issuance.

Form of Right. Each Right shall be issued in registered form only, shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto, the provisions of which are incorporated herein and shall be signed by, or bear the facsimile signature of, the Chairman of the Board or Company’s board of directors (the “Board”), President, Chief Executive Officer Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the Company and shall bear a facsimile other principal officer of the Company’s seal. In the event the person whose facsimile signature has been placed upon any Right shall have ceased to serve in the capacity in which such person signed the Right before such Right is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he or she had not ceased to be such at the date of issuance.

Form of Right. In the event the person whose facsimile signature has been placed upon any Right shall have ceased to serve in the capacity in which such person signed the Right before such Right is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he or she had not ceased to be such at the date of issuance.

Form of Right. Each Right shall be issued in registered book-entry or certificated form. Any Rights issued in certificated form only, shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto, the provisions of which are incorporated herein and shall be signed by, or bear the facsimile signature of, the Chairman of the Board Board, Chief Executive Officer, or Chief Executive Financial Officer and Treasurer, Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the Company and shall bear a facsimile of the Company’s seal. In the event the person whose facsimile signature has been placed upon any Right shall have ceased to serve in the capacity in which such person signed the Right before such Right is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he or she had not ceased to be such at the date of issuance.

Form of Right. Each Right shall initially be issued in registered form only, and, if a physical certificate is issued, shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto, the provisions of which are incorporated herein and shall be signed by, or bear the electronic (including by DocuSign) or facsimile signature of, the Chairman of the Board of Directors or Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer, Secretary or Assistant the Secretary of the Company and shall bear a facsimile of the Company’s seal. In the event the person whose electronic or facsimile signature has been placed upon any Right shall have ceased to serve in the capacity in which such person signed the Right before such Right is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he or she had not ceased to be such at the date of issuance.

Form of Right. Each Right shall be issued in registered book-entry form, unless a holder requests that their Rights be issued in certificated form. Any Rights issued in certificated form only, shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto, the provisions of which are incorporated herein and shall be signed by, or bear the facsimile signature of, the Chairman of the Board Board, Chief Executive Officer, or Chief Executive Financial Officer and Treasurer, Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the Company and shall bear a facsimile of the Company’s seal. In the event the person whose facsimile signature has been placed upon any Right shall have ceased to serve in the capacity in which such person signed the Right before such Right is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he or she had not ceased to be such at the date of issuance.

Form of Right. In the event the person whose facsimile signature has been placed upon any Right shall have ceased to serve in the capacity in which such person signed the Right before such Right is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he or she had not ceased to be such at the date of issuance.

Form of Right. Each Right shall be issued in registered form only, shall be on a certificate in substantially the form of Exhibit A heretohereto (a “Right Certificate”), the provisions of which are incorporated herein and shall be signed by, or bear the facsimile signature of, by the Chairman of the Board or Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer, Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the Company and shall bear a facsimile of the Company’s seal. In the event the person whose facsimile signature has been placed upon any Right shall have ceased to serve in the capacity in which such person signed the Right before such Right is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he or she had not ceased to be such at the date of issuance.

Form of Right. Each Right Rights Certificate shall be issued in registered form only, shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto, hereto (the provisions of which are incorporated herein herein) and shall be signed by, or bear the facsimile signature of, either or both of the Chairman of the Board or Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer, Secretary or Assistant Secretary President of the Company and shall bear a facsimile of the Company’s 's seal. In the event the person whose facsimile signature has been placed upon any Right Rights Certificate shall have ceased to serve in be Chairman of the capacity in which such person signed Board or President of the Right Company before such Right Rights Certificate is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he or she had not ceased to be such at the date of issuance.

Form of Right. Each Right shall be issued in registered form only, shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto, the provisions of which are incorporated herein and shall be signed by, or bear the facsimile signature of, the Chairman of the Board or Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer, Secretary or Assistant the Secretary of the Company Company, who may be the same person, and shall bear a facsimile of the Company’s seal, if any. In the event the person whose facsimile signature has been placed upon any Right shall have ceased to serve in the capacity in which such person signed the Right before such Right is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he or she had not ceased to be such at the date of issuance.
