Common use of Form of Securities, Instruments, etc Clause in Contracts

Form of Securities, Instruments, etc. All securities and other financial assets credited to any of the Accounts that are in registered form or that are payable to or to order shall be (i) registered in the name of, or payable to or to the order of, the Custodian; (ii) indorsed to or to the order of the Custodian or in blank; or (iii) credited to another securities account maintained in the name of the Custodian; and in no case will any financial asset credited to any of the Accounts be registered in the name of, or payable to or to the order of, the Issuer or indorsed to or to the order of the Issuer, except to the extent the foregoing have been specially indorsed to or to the order of the Custodian or in blank.

Form of Securities, Instruments, etc. All securities and other financial assets credited to any of the Accounts that are in registered form or that are payable to or to the order of shall be (i) registered in the name of, or payable to or to the order of, the Custodian; Custodian or (ii) indorsed to or endorsed to the order of the Custodian or in blank; or (iii) credited to another securities account maintained , in each case with signatures guaranteed by a member of a medallion signature guarantee program approved by the name of the Custodian; Securities Transfer Association and in no case will any financial asset credited to any of the Accounts be registered in the name of, or payable to or to the order of, the Issuer Company or indorsed to or to the order of the IssuerCompany, except to the extent the foregoing have been specially indorsed to or to the order of the Custodian or in blank.
