Form of the Debentures. 2.4.1 The Debentures, shall be issued in dematerialized form by the Company by following the procedure stipulated for issuance of the Debentures in demat form, as per the guidelines issued by following the procedure stipulated for issuance of the Debentures in demat form, as more particularly described in the Second Schedule hereunder written as per the guidelines issued by the Depository from time to time.
