Common use of Form of the Notes Clause in Contracts

Form of the Notes. The 2025 Notes are to be substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto. The 2025 Notes shall be numbered, lettered, or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plans as the Officer of the Issuer executing the same may determine with the approval of the Trustee.

Form of the Notes. (i) The 2025 2029 Notes are to be substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto. The 2025 2029 Notes shall be numbered, lettered, or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plans as the Officer of the Issuer executing the same may determine with the approval of the Trustee.

Form of the Notes. The 2025 2023 Notes are to be substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto. The 2025 2023 Notes shall be numbered, lettered, or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plans as the Officer of the Issuer executing the same may determine with the approval of the Trustee.

Form of the Notes. The 2025 2046 Notes are to be substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto. The 2025 2046 Notes shall be numbered, lettered, or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plans as the Officer of the Issuer executing the same may determine with the approval of the Trustee.

The 2025 2031 Notes shall be numbered, lettered, or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plans as the Officer Officer(s) of the Issuer executing the same may determine with the approval of the Trustee.

Form of the Notes. The 2025 2024 Notes are to be substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto. The 2025 2024 Notes shall be numbered, lettered, or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plans as the Officer of the Issuer executing the same may determine with the approval of the Trustee.

The 2025 2036 Notes shall be numbered, lettered, or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plans as the Officer Officer(s) of the Issuer Issuers executing the same may determine with the approval of the Trustee.

The 2025 2028 Notes shall be numbered, lettered, or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plans as the Officer of the Issuer executing the same may determine with the approval of the Trustee.
