Common use of Form of Transaction Documents Clause in Contracts

Form of Transaction Documents. The Transaction Documents and any other document or instrument to be furnished hereunder or thereunder are in proper form under the laws of The Netherlands for the enforcement thereof against the Company or the Issuer, and to ensure the legality, validity, enforceability or admissibility into evidence in The Netherlands of each of the Transaction Documents and any other document or instrument to be furnished hereunder or thereunder, it is not necessary that any such document or instrument to be furnished hereunder or thereunder be filed or recorded with any court or other authority in The Netherlands.
