Common use of Form of Warrant after Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Form of Warrant after Adjustments. The form of this Warrant need not be changed because of any adjustments in the Warrant Price or number or kind of the shares of Common Stock purchasable pursuant to this Warrant, and Warrants theretofore or hereunder issued may continue to express the same price and number and kind of shares as are stated in this Warrant, as initially issued; provided, however, that the Company may, at any time in its sole discretion (which shall be conclusive), make any change in the form of Warrant certificate that it may deem appropriate and that does not affect the substance thereof. Any Warrant certificate thereafter issued, whether upon registration of transfer of, or in exchange or substitution for, an outstanding Warrant certificate may be in the form so changed.
