Form of Warrant; Execution of Warrants. The certificates evidencing the Warrants (the “Warrant Certificates”) shall be in the form attached to this Agreement. The Warrant Certificates shall be signed on behalf of the Company by its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President or one of its Vice Presidents. The signature of any such officer on the Warrant Certificates may be manual or by facsimile. Each Warrant Certificate shall be dated the date it is countersigned by the Warrant Agent pursuant to Section 2.3.
