Form of Warrant; Register. (a) Each Warrant issued hereunder shall be in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto (each, a “Warrant”) and shall be executed on behalf of the Company by a Responsible Officer of the Company. Each Warrant shall bear the legend(s) appearing on the first page of such form, except that the Company shall promptly remove any such legend from a Warrant from and after such time as all the restrictions to which such legend relates no longer apply.
