Common use of Form of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Form of Warrants. The Warrants may be issued in either certificated and uncertificated form. Each Warrant originally issued to, or for the account or benefit of, a U.S. Purchaser must be issued in individually certificated form only and bear the applicable legend set forth in Section 2.9 (1).
