Form Subsidiaries promote the formation of companies with a view to the same becoming a Subsidiary of the Chargor and purchasing, leasing, licensing or otherwise acquiring interests in all or any of the Charged Assets or otherwise, arrange for such companies to trade or cease to trade and to purchase, lease, license or otherwise acquire all or any of the Charged Assets on such terms and conditions whether or not including payment by instalments secured or unsecured as he may think fit;
