Common use of FORM; TITLE AND TERMS Clause in Contracts

FORM; TITLE AND TERMS. The Securities and the Trustee's certificate of authentication thereon shall be substantially in the forms set forth in Exhibit A hereto. The Securities may have notations, legends or endorsements required by law or stock exchange rules. Each Security shall be dated the date of its authentication. The terms and provisions contained in the Securities shall constitute a part of, and are hereby incorporated by reference in and made a part of, this Indenture and to the extent applicable, the Company and the Trustee, by their execution and delivery of this Indenture, expressly agree to their incorporation herein.
