FORMAL BRIEFING. A compulsory site meeting and/ RFP briefing will be conducted at Transnet Engineering, Swaartkops, Port ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, on Thursday 10 June 2021, at 11:30 am. [Respondents to provide own transport and accommodation]. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of respondents arriving late. 2.1 A Certificate of Attendance set out in Annexure A hereto must be completed and submitted with your proposal as proof of attendance. This is required for a compulsory site meeting 2.2 Respondents failing to attend the compulsory site meeting and/or RFP briefing will be disqualified. 2.3 A site visit will take place, therefore tenderers are to note the following 2.4 Tenderers are requested to bring Copy of RFP document to site meeting and/RFP briefing session.

[Tenderers to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late. 2.1 A Certificate of Attendance in the form set out in the Returnable Schedule T2.2-15 hereto must be completed and submitted with your Tender as proof of attendance is required for a compulsory site meeting and/or tender briefing. Tenders are required to bring this Returnable Schedule T2.2-15 (attached to the Tender document) to the briefing session to be signed by the Employer’s Representative. 2.2 Tenderers failing to attend the compulsory tender briefing will be disqualified.

The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late. 2.1 A Certificate of Attendance in the form set out in the Returnable Schedule T2.2-15 hereto must be completed and submitted (Original signed document) with your Tender as proof of attendance is required for a compulsory site meeting and/or tender briefing. Tenders are required to bring this Returnable Schedule T2.2-15 (attached to the Tender document) to the briefing session to be signed by the Employer’s Representative. 2.2 Tenderers failing to attend the compulsory tender briefing will be disqualified.
