Correspondence (a) The Employer agrees that all correspondence between the Employer and the Union related to matters covered by this Agreement shall be sent to the President of the Union or his/her designate.
Notices and Correspondence Notices regarding the subject matter of this Agreement or breach or termination thereof shall be in writing and shall be addressed in duplicate to the last known address of each other party, marked respectively to the attention of its President and, if any, its General Counsel.
TELEPHONE NOTIFICATION CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR by 29 telephone immediately upon becoming aware of the death due to non-terminal illness of any person 30 served pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, weekends and holidays shall not be included for 31 purposes of computing the time within which to give telephone notice and, notwithstanding the time 32 limit herein specified, notice need only be given during normal business hours.
UNION NOTICES Space shall be provided in each Meat Department for the posting of this Agreement and notices of meetings, but same shall not be posted until they have been first called to the attention of the Employer.
Formal notices If it is required in this Consortium Agreement that a formal notice, consent or approval shall be given, such notice shall be signed by an authorised representative of a Party and shall either be served personally or sent by mail with recorded delivery or telefax with receipt acknowledgement.
Written Notices All copies of written notices relating to a violation of a Local, State, or Federal law including, without limitation, environmental laws relating to land use, zoning compliance, or building codes;
MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS Contractor is required to ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) are available, employees are trained in the use of MSDS, and MSDS are in a readily accessible place at the Site. This requirement applies to all materials with an associated MSDS per the federal “Hazard Communication” standard or employees’ Right-to-Know laws. Contractor is also required to ensure proper labeling and training on any substance brought onto the Site and that any person working with the material (or who is subject to possible exposure by use of the material or contact with the material), is informed of the possible and/or real hazards of the substance, and follows proper handling and protection procedures.
Copies of Contract Upon final ratification and approval of this agreement, the employer shall prepare and make available to the bargaining agent and each of the employees in the bargaining unit a copy thereof.
PUBLIC NOTICES The Parties agree that all notices to third parties and all other publicity concerning the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be jointly planned and coordinated and no Party shall act unilaterally in this regard without the prior approval of the others, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
General Communications The type of communications described and defined in Article 5.6 herein.
