FORMAT AND SIGNING OF BIDS. The Quotation shall be typed and shall be signed by the Bidder to the Bidder to the Contract. All pages of the bid, except for unamended printed literature, shall be initialed by the person signing the quotation. Any interlineations, erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are initialed.
