The Ministry is (i) duly organized, in good standing and validly existing as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of , (ii) a tax-exempt organization classified as a public charity pursuant to Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) of the Code, and (iii) has in good standing all requisite authorizations, licenses and permits necessary to conduct its non-profit activities and fulfill its tax-exempt purposes.
