Common use of FORMATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

FORMATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS. Borrower has delivered to Lender all formation and organizational documents of Borrower, and of the Payment Guarantor, and all such formation and organizational documents remain in full force and effect and have not been amended or modified since they were delivered to or otherwise approved by Lender. Borrower shall immediately provide Lender with copies of any amendments or modifications of the formation or organizational documents, to the extent permitted hereunder.

FORMATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS. The Borrower has delivered to the Lender all formation and organizational documents of Borrower, and of the Payment Guarantor, Borrower and all such formation and organizational documents remain in full force and effect and have not been amended or modified since they were delivered to or otherwise approved by the Lender. The Borrower shall immediately provide the Lender with copies of any amendments or modifications of the formation or organizational documents, to the extent permitted hereunder.

Borrower shall immediately promptly provide Lender with copies of any amendments or modifications of the formation or organizational documents, to the extent permitted hereunder. Attached hereto as Exhibit G is a true and correct organizational chart of Borrower.

Attached hereto as Exhibit G is a true and correct organizational chart of Borrower.

Borrower has To the extent required by Lender, Borrowers have delivered to Lender all formation and organizational documents of Borrower, Borrowers and of the Payment Guarantorsuch other entities as provided for on Exhibit F, and all such formation and organizational documents remain in full force and effect and have not been amended or modified since they were delivered to or otherwise approved by Lender. Borrower Borrowers shall immediately promptly provide Lender with copies of any amendments or modifications of the formation or organizational organiza- tional documents, to the extent permitted hereunder.

Borrower has delivered to Lender all formation and organizational documents of Borrower, Sole Member and of Guarantor (collectively, the Payment Guarantor“Related Parties”), and all such formation and organizational documents remain in full force and effect and have not been amended or modified since they were delivered to or otherwise approved by Lender. Borrower shall immediately provide Lender with copies of any amendments or modifications of the formation or organizational documents, to the extent permitted hereunder.

Borrower has delivered to Lender true and complete copies of all formation and organizational documents of Borrower, of the partners, managers, joint venturers or members of Borrower, if any, and of the Payment Guarantor, and all such formation and organizational documents remain in full force and effect and have not been materially amended or modified since they were delivered to or otherwise except as approved by Lender. Borrower shall immediately provide Lender with copies of any amendments or modifications of the formation or organizational documents, to the extent permitted hereunder.
