FORMATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS. Borrower has delivered to -------------------------------------- Lender all of the relevant information and organizational documents of Borrower, of the partners or joint venturers of Borrower (if any), and of all guarantors of the Loan (if any), and all such formation and organizational documents remain in full force and effect and have not been amended or modified since they were delivered to Lender. If any such formation or organizational document is hereafter amended or modified, Borrower shall immediately provide Lender with notice in writing of such change.
