Common use of FORMATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

FORMATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS. The Borrower has delivered to the Lender all formation and organizational documents of the Borrower and all such formation and organizational documents remain in full force and effect and have not been amended or modified since they were delivered to the Lender. The Borrower shall immediately provide the Lender with copies of any amendments or modifications of the formation or organizational documents.

FORMATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS. The Borrower has delivered to the Lender all formation and organizational documents of Borrower, and of the Borrower Payment Guarantor, and all such formation and organizational documents remain in full force and effect and have not been amended or modified since they were delivered to the or otherwise approved by Lender.
