FORMATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS. Borrower has delivered to Administrative Agent all formation and organizational documents of Borrower and of Guarantor, and all such formation and organizational documents remain in full force and effect and have not been amended or modified since they were delivered to Administrative Agent. The Borrower shall immediately provide Administrative Agent with copies of any amendments or modifications of the formation or organizational documents.
