Formation of an agreement. The individual agreement regarding a delivery or service as well as any changes, subsidiary agreements, declara- tions regarding its termination as well as other declarations and notifications require the written form (§ 126 b BGB (German Civil Code)), unless otherwise regulated in these conditions. If the Supplier does not accept an order within one week from the date of receipt, we are entitled to revoke the order at any time.
