Formation of Companies. to promote the formation of companies with a view to the same purchasing, leasing, licensing or otherwise acquiring interest in all or any of the Charged Assets, arrange for such companies to trade or cease to trade, and to purchase, lease, license or otherwise acquire all or any of the Charged Assets on such terms and conditions, whether or not including payment by instalments, secured or unsecured, as such Receiver may think fit;
