Common use of Formation of Limited Partnership Clause in Contracts

Formation of Limited Partnership. The parties hereby enter into a limited partnership (the “Partnership”) under the provisions of the Limited Partnership Act of the State of Texas, and the rights and liabilities of the Partners shall be provided in that Act except as herein otherwise expressly provided.

Formation of Limited Partnership. The parties hereby enter into a limited partnership (the “Partnership”) under the provisions of the Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act of the State of Texas, and the rights and liabilities of the Partners shall be provided in that Act except as herein otherwise expressly provided.

Formation of Limited Partnership. The parties hereby enter into a limited partnership (form, pursuant to the “Partnership”) under the provisions Texas Revised Limited Partnership Act, Article 6132a-1 of the Limited Partnership Act Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, and (the “Act”), a Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”). The rights and liabilities of the Partners shall be as provided for in that Act except as herein otherwise expressly providedthis Agreement and in the Act.
