Common use of Formation of Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Formation of Subsidiaries. Promptly upon the formation or acquisition of any Subsidiary, the Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent and the Lenders notice thereof and timely comply with the requirements of Section 4 hereof (at which time Schedule 6.2 shall be deemed amended to include reference to such Subsidiary).

Formation of Subsidiaries. (a) Promptly upon the formation or acquisition of any Subsidiary, the Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent and the Lenders notice thereof and timely comply with the requirements of Section 4 hereof (at which time Schedule 6.2 shall be deemed amended to include reference to such Subsidiary).

Formation of Subsidiaries. Promptly upon the formation or acquisition of any Subsidiary, the Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent and the Lenders Banks written notice thereof and timely shall do such acts and things as are required of it to comply with the requirements of Section 4 hereof (at which time hereof, and then and thereafter Schedule 6.2 of this Agreement shall be deemed amended from and after such date to include reference to any such Subsidiary).

Promptly upon the formation or acquisition of any Subsidiary, the Borrower Representative shall provide the Administrative Agent and the Lenders notice thereof and timely comply comply, to the extent applicable, with the requirements of Section 4 hereof (at which time Schedule 6.2 shall be deemed amended to include reference to such Subsidiary).

Promptly upon the formation or acquisition of any Subsidiary, the Borrower The Loan Parties shall provide the Administrative Agent and the Lenders notice of the formation or acquisition of any Subsidiary promptly upon the formation or acquisition thereof and timely comply with the requirements of Section 4 hereof (at which time Schedule 6.2 shall be deemed amended to include reference to such Subsidiary)) within the time periods required thereby.

Promptly upon the formation or acquisition of any Subsidiary, the Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent and the Lenders Bank notice thereof and timely immediately comply with the requirements of Section 4 hereof (at which time Schedule 6.2 shall be deemed amended to include reference to such Subsidiary).

Promptly upon the formation or acquisition of any Wholly-owned Subsidiary, the Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent and the Lenders notice thereof and timely comply with the requirements of Section 4 hereof (at which time Schedule 6.2 shall be deemed amended to include reference to such Subsidiary).

Promptly upon the formation or acquisition of any Subsidiary, the affected Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent and the Lenders notice thereof and timely comply with the requirements of Section 4 hereof (at which time Schedule 6.2 shall be deemed amended to include reference to such Subsidiary).

Promptly upon the formation or acquisition of any Domestic Non-Regulated Subsidiary which is a Material Subsidiary, the Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent and the Lenders notice thereof and timely comply with the requirements of Section 4 hereof (at which time Schedule 6.2 shall be deemed amended to include reference to such Subsidiary).

Except for Foreign Subsidiaries existing on the Closing Date and identified on Schedule 6.2 hereof, the Borrower shall not, nor shall it permit any Subsidiary to, form or acquire any Foreign Subsidiary.
