Common use of Formation of the LLC Clause in Contracts

Formation of the LLC. The Original Member shall cause to be filed such Certificates and documents as may be necessary or appropriate to comply with the Act and any other applicable requirements for the operation of a limited liability company in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and any other jurisdictions in which the Company shall conduct its business and operations and shall continue to do so for so long as the Company conducts business therein.
