Formative Teaching Evaluations Clause Samples
The Formative Teaching Evaluations clause establishes a process for assessing an instructor's teaching performance during the course, rather than solely at its conclusion. Typically, this involves collecting feedback from students or peers at various points throughout the term, allowing the instructor to make timely adjustments to their teaching methods or course content. The core function of this clause is to support continuous improvement in teaching quality by providing actionable feedback before the course ends, thereby enhancing the learning experience for students.
