Formatting. You agree to submit such XCK Entries in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Specifications, and the technical specifications and formatting requirements set forth in the Rules, and as directed by us from time to time. Without limiting the preceding sentence, the words “NO CHECK” and “CHECK DESTROYED” must appear in the Company Entry Description and Company Name fields so that they can appear on customers’ statements and help identify the entries.
