Common use of Former Agreements Clause in Contracts

Former Agreements. 25.1 This agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and is in substitution for any previous letters of appointment, agreements or arrangements, whether written, oral or implied, relating to your employment or engagement, which shall be deemed to have been terminated by mutual consent as from the commencement of this agreement. 25.2 You hereby warrant and represent to the Employer that you will not, in entering into this agreement or carrying out your duties under this agreement, be in breach of any other terms of employment whether express or implied or any other obligation binding upon you.
