The General Partner shall not be liable for Partnership debts and other liabilities and obligations of the Partnership incurred after the effective date of the General Partner's removal or withdrawal as General Partner, but shall continue to be liable for Partnership debts and other liabilities and obligations of the Partnership incurred before such effective date.
