Forms of Instruments, Proceedings. All instruments relating to the sale and purchase of the Student Loans pursuant to this Agreement, and all proceedings to be taken in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein, shall be in form and substance mutually satisfactory to Seller and Purchaser and their respective counsel.
