Forms of Instruments, Proceedings. All instruments relating to the repurchase of the Student Loans, and all proceedings to be taken in connection with this Student Loan Repurchase Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein, shall be in form and substance mutually satisfactory to Goal and the Issuer and their respective counsel.
