Common use of Forms of Payment Authorized Clause in Contracts

Forms of Payment Authorized. Except with respect to the consulting and related legal services provided and to be provided in the future to the Company by Optionee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the Company at the date hereof, Optionee shall deliver to the Company, at the time of giving the notice one of the following: (a) Cash. Payment in Cash, by check or via wire transfer in U.S. Dollars in the full amount of the Purchase Price; or

Payment in Cash, by check or via wire transfer in U.S. Dollars in the full amount of the Purchase Price; or
