FORS Reports. 12.10 Within 30 days of its becoming a member of FORS or of the Alternative Scheme, the Service Provider shall make a written report to the Authority at xxxx@xxx.xxx.xx detailing its compliance with clauses 12.6, 12.7 and 12.8 of this Contract (the “Safety, Licensing and Training Report”).
