Common use of FORTE’s Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

FORTE’s Confidentiality. In performing its duties under this Agreement, XXXXX agrees to safeguard and protect Xxxxxxxx’s confidential information, in the same manner it safeguards and protects its own confidential information, but in any event using no less than reasonably prudent care and at all time consistent with applicable Laws, including those Laws relating to privacy and security of non-public consumer financial information.

FORTE’s Confidentiality. In performing its duties under this Agreement, XXXXX FORTE agrees to safeguard and protect XxxxxxxxMerchant’s confidential information, in the same manner it safeguards and protects its own confidential information, but in any event using no less than reasonably prudent care and at all time consistent with applicable Laws, including those Laws relating to privacy and security of non-public consumer financial information.
