Fortress Representatives. If at any time when a Fortress Representative is required to resign as a member or observer of the Board or the board of directors (or similar governing body) of any Subsidiary of the Company pursuant to the terms of the Certificate of Designation, if so requested by the Company, the Fortress Purchaser shall promptly cause to resign, and take all other action reasonably necessary, or reasonably requested by the Company, to cause the prompt removal of, such Fortress Representative.
